The Mama Check
Exhausted, on edge, or just not yourself
Sometimes you cannot name what is wrong. In about five minutes the Mama Check goes through your phase, your birth and what you have noticed over the past months — and at the end shows which pattern fits your answers.

Where should your result go?
Fill in your name and email, and the Check opens in a new tab. It takes about five minutes — one question per screen, no wrong answers.
What is kept: your name, your date of birth and your baby’s, and your email address. Every other answer is deleted after one day — those are only needed to work out your result. What we keep.
This is not a diagnosis
The Mama Check is informative. It does not replace your huisarts, verloskundige or therapist, and it cannot rule anything out.
Your answers stay with you
They are kept in your own browser. They do not enter the link, we do not receive them, and no complaint appears in your history.
Who made it
The Mama Check was made by Femmegetic, the initiative behind this guide. It changes nothing about the ranking of practices — that cannot be bought. How we rank.
Rather look for help directly?
If you can already name what is bothering you, the Klachtenwijzer takes three questions to tell you which professional treats it.
